NOTICE: The entrance to the building is the last door on the west side of the building not the wellness center entrance.

Because of break ins, a new gate has been installed and is LOCKED at all times for security purposes. You will receive a code to the gate in the reminder email for your appointment. If you are having trouble, please text/call (802)726-6650 and you will be let in promptly

There is a parking lot across Page St. to the north of the gotham building. Visitors are allowed to park here. Simply leave a note on your dash explaining who in the building you are visiting.
